Fiind o prerogativ\u0103 a Strategiei de dezvoltare a USM pentru anii 2022-2026, Programul coreleaz\u0103 cu priorit\u0103\u021bile stipulate, inclusiv, \u00een Strategia de dezvoltare a CRFC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen anul 2022 CRFC a venit cu o abordare diferit\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe principiile de func\u021bionare a unei organiza\u021bii care \u00eenva\u021b\u0103. Cuv\u00e2ntul cheie \u00een organiza\u021bia care \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 este \u201e<em>ei \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103, experien\u021bele colectivului \u015fi procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are bazat pe colaborare aduc beneficii persoanelor, grupurilor de angajatori \u015fi organiza\u0163iei.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>\u00cen acest sens, genericul programului de formare continu\u0103 \u201e<em>Exerci\u021biu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare prin colaborare intrauniversitar\u0103<\/em>\u201d se pliaz\u0103 pe principiul dat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au fost propuse un set de webinare tematice contributive la fortificarea competen\u021belor profesionale \u0219i personale ale cadrelor didactice universitare. Atelierele au avut loc \u00een format online \u0219i \u00een format fizic. Circa 180 de persoane au participat la cele \u0219ase module propuse la alegere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cadrul atelierelor\u00a0<em>Cultura \u0219i etica organiza\u021bional\u0103\u00a0<\/em>\u0219i<em>\u00a0Managementul conflictelor organiza\u021bionale,\u00a0<\/em>moderate de Angela ZELENSCHI, dr., conf. univ., participan\u021bii au discutat despre managementul prin valorile organiza\u021bionale, formarea \u0219i schimbarea culturii organiza\u021bionale, rela\u021bii etice bazate pe integritate, responsabilitate \u0219i moralitate, despre strategiile de abordare \u0219i rezolvare a conflictelor organiza\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atelierul\u00a0<em>Interculturalitatea \u00een mediul universitar\u00a0<\/em>a fost moderat de echipa de formatori a Centrului Didactic de Educa\u021bie Intercultural\u0103 din cadrul Facult\u0103\u021bii de Psihologie, \u0218tiin\u021be ale Educa\u021biei, Sociologie \u0219i Asisten\u021b\u0103 Social\u0103 \u2013 Viorica GORA\u0218-POSTIC\u0102, dr., hab., prof. univ., Silvia GU\u021aU, dr. conf., Ludmila DARII, dr. conf., Dumitru DODU, dr. conf., Alexandru LUPU\u0218OR, dr. conf. Participan\u021bii au discutat valorile interculturale ce fundamenteaz\u0103 axiologic educa\u021bia intercultural\u0103, au fost implica\u021bi \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi de dezvoltare a competen\u021belor interculturale, au fost analizate elemente ale didacticii interculturalit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i dezvoltarea competen\u021belor interculturale la studen\u021bi. \u0218i dac\u0103 firul ro\u0219u al programului este\u00a0<em>cultura,\u00a0<\/em>atunci pe larg a fost discutat subiectul\u00a0<em>Dialogului intercultural\u00a0<\/em>care reprezint\u0103 o prioritate orizontal\u0103 \u0219i transsectorial\u0103, lucru realizabil inclusiv printr-o educa\u0163ie de calitate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atelierele moderate de Laura TUGAREV, dr. lector univ. au adus o plusvaloare culturii comunic\u0103rii \u00een mediul digital prin oferirea modalit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i tehnicilor de promovare online. Participan\u021bii au dezvoltat abilit\u0103\u021bile de elaborare a strategiei de comunicare online, a mesajelor de promovare, a utiliz\u0103rii diverselor canale de promovare online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eugenia BOGATU, dr. conf. a dezvoltat un subiect ce contribuie la formarea culturii, verticalit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i integrit\u0103\u021bii cadrului didactic prin facilitarea atelierelor:\u00a0<em>Profesorul universitar \u2013 etalon al performan\u021bei educative; Contextul universitar: factor decisiv \u00een formarea elitei \u0219tiin\u021bifice;\u00a0<\/em><em>Ipostaze valorice ale vie\u021bii academice.\u00a0<\/em>Au fost puse \u00een discu\u021bie \u00eentreb\u0103ri, la care \u00een diferite perioade ale istoriei universitare tot se caut\u0103 r\u0103spuns, cum ar fi: Care este misiunea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior? Universitate de educa\u021bie sau universitate de cercetare? Ce este autonomie universitar\u0103? Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u201ecomunitate universitar\u0103\u201d? etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un atelier de suflet, moderat de Viorica MOLEA dr. conf. \u0219i Silvia GROSSU, dr. conf. au reamintit exerci\u021biul discursului retoric. De altfel, a fi un etalon al performan\u021bei educative, a promova cultura organiza\u021bional\u0103, cultura comunic\u0103rii \u0219i a interculturalit\u0103\u021bii este similar s\u0103 de\u021bii o \u201ebaghet\u0103\u201d magic\u0103 a profesionalismului unui cadru didactic universitar. Prin a pune \u00een capul mesei cultura limbii \u00een mediul universitar dnele profesoare \u00eempreun\u0103 cu participan\u021bii au eviden\u021biat necesitatea continu\u0103 de a dezvolta competen\u021bele fundamentale ale unui cadru didactic universitar \u00een beneficiul personal, profesional \u0219i al construirii \u0219i men\u021binerii identit\u0103\u021bii Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat din Moldova.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Programul de formare continu\u0103 pentru cadrele didactice universitare va continua cu alte ateliere tematice.
