Suntem utilizatori ai tehnologiilor \u0219i explor\u0103m noi instrumente \u00een procesul de instruire. \u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul la distan\u021b\u0103 a cutremurat cu vehemen\u021b\u0103 echilibrul \u0219i confortul cadrului didactic cu care se obi\u0219nuise. Chiar dac\u0103 principiile educa\u021biei au r\u0103mas neclintite, contextul \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile implic\u0103rii tehnologiei \u00een mediul academic au solicitat schimb\u0103ri \u0219i adaptabilitate rapid\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe de o parte, evolu\u021biile tehnologice sunt destul de aspirante, vin cu un poten\u021bial neexploatat \u0219i deschid noi oportunit\u0103\u021bi \u00een materie de predare, \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i cercetare.Totodat\u0103, valorificarea poten\u021bialului tehnologiei atrage \u0219i riscuri. \u00centrebarea frecvent auzit\u0103\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0<em>Suntem noi preg\u0103ti\u021bi pentru a \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219a transformarea digital\u0103 \u0219i a preveni riscurile, a asigura o abordare incluziv\u0103, corect\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con\u0219tientiz\u0103m faptul c\u0103 oricare dimensiune nou inclus\u0103, fie din necesitate, fie din motive contextuale, nu se va potrivi tuturor. Astfel, apare necesitatea de a aduce \u00eempreun\u0103 informa\u021bii, p\u0103reri, experien\u021be c\u0103tre discu\u021bii despre valorile \u0219i principiile care ar trebui s\u0103 stea la baza instruirii digitalizate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din aceste considerente, stagiul de formare continu\u0103 pentru personalul didactic a urm\u0103rit obiectivele: (a) promovarea instruirii \u0219i cercet\u0103rii augmentate tehnologic \u00een mediul universitar; (b) dezvoltarea competen\u021belor digitale ale cadrelor didactice; (c) revitalizarea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii psihoemo\u021bionale a personalului didactic. Programul a constat din patru module:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Didactica digital\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Cercetarea \u00een era digital\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Starea de bine a cadrului didactic \u00een contextul instruirii digitalizate.<\/li>\n<li>Digitalizarea procesului de instruire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cadrele didactice participante la Modulul I au beneficiat de o discu\u021bie extrem de productiv\u0103 cu dna\u00a0<strong>dr. conf. Liliana M\u00e2\u021b\u0103,<\/strong>\u00a0membr\u0103 al Consiliului profesoral al Departamentului pentru Preg\u0103tirea Personalului Didactic din cadrul\u00a0<strong>Universit\u0103\u021bii \u201eVasile Alecsandri\u201d, or. Bac\u0103u<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participan\u021bii la webinare au analizat \u0219i discutat elementele caracteristice, etapele \u0219i condi\u021biile unei proiect\u0103ri eficiente, rolul cadrului didactic \u00een proiectarea activit\u0103\u021bilor \u00een sistemele de tip E-Learning \u0219i BlendedLearning. Au fost expuse argumente \u00een sus\u021binerea activit\u0103\u021bilor \u00een format electronic, dar \u0219i riscurile \u0219i limitele acestora. Un subiect provocator care a trezit discu\u021bii \u021bine de utilizarea tehnologiilor mobile \u00een activitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Dna dr. M\u00e2\u021b\u0103 a prezentat rezultatele unei cercet\u0103ri care a vizat investigarea percep\u021biei studen\u021bilor fa\u021b\u0103 de beneficiile \u0219i obstacolele utiliz\u0103rii tehnologiilor mobile \u00een activitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Concluziile cercet\u0103rii au fost analizate \u00een comun cu participan\u021bii atelierului. Se contureaz\u0103 ideea precum c\u0103 studen\u021bii se a\u0219teapt\u0103 la modalit\u0103\u021bi mai inovatoare de interac\u021biune cu profesorii la cursuri, iar profesorul s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 noile tehnologii nu \u00een sens tehnic, ci ca resurse pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i predare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0218i un ultim subiect, nu mai pu\u021bin important privind digitalizarea instruirii, care a fost analizat \u00een cadrul webinarelor s-a referit la aspectele etice ale utiliz\u0103rii tehnologiei informa\u021biei. Au fost lansate \u00eentreb\u0103ri pentru a c\u0103uta r\u0103spunsuri, una dintre care ar fi \u2013\u00a0<em>Cu ce\u00a0<\/em><em>dificult\u0103\u021bi se confrunt\u0103 cadrele didactice \u00een realizarea activit\u0103\u021bilor de cercetare-dezvoltare din perspectiv\u0103 etic\u0103, determinate de integrarea tehnologilor informa\u021bionale?<\/em>\u00a0Au fost discutate problemele legate de plagiat \u00een elaborarea suporturilor de curs, seminar \u0219i a publica\u021biilor \u0219tiin\u021bifice, probleme privind utilizarea softurilor, echipamentelor, mijloacelor audio \u0219i video, platformelor \u00een activitatea de predare, probleme de comunicare la nivelul re\u021belelor sociale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen timpul discu\u021biilor o \u00eengrijorare comun\u0103 s-a dovedit a fi motiva\u021bia studen\u021bilor \u00een condi\u021biile pred\u0103rii on-line. Noul context, chiar dac\u0103 este pentru o anumit\u0103 perioad\u0103, ne oblig\u0103 s\u0103 identific\u0103m strategii de men\u021binere a motiva\u021biei studentului pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.
