{"id":2553,"date":"2024-12-01T19:45:56","date_gmt":"2024-12-01T19:45:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crfc.usm.md\/?p=2553"},"modified":"2025-02-16T18:09:56","modified_gmt":"2025-02-16T18:09:56","slug":"reflectii-asupra-programului-national-investim-in-profesoroi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crfc.usm.md\/?p=2553","title":{"rendered":"Reflec\u021bii asupra Programului na\u021bional \u201eInvestim \u00een profesori\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Impactul programelor de formare continu\u0103 \u0219i perfec\u021bionare \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul preuniversitar este un subiect de interes major \u00een domeniu educa\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>Programul na\u021bional \u201eInvestim \u00een profesori\u201d promovat \u0219i sus\u021binut financiar de Ministerul Educa\u021biei \u0219i Cercet\u0103rii al Republicii Moldova, realizat \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 nu simpl\u0103 \u0219i nu u\u0219oar\u0103 pentru \u021bar\u0103, inclusiv pentru sistemul educa\u021bional, \u0219i-a propus ambi\u021bios s\u0103 contribuie la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea semnificativ\u0103 a calitat\u0103\u021bii procesului educa\u021bional \u0219i a performan\u021bei elevilor.<\/p>\n<p>Fiind \u00een contact direct cu institu\u021bia de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, din observ\u0103rile \u0219i reflec\u021biile formatorilor se confirm\u0103 faptul c\u0103 managerul institu\u021biei este o figur\u0103 cheie \u00een promovarea schimb\u0103rilor, \u00een crearea \u0219i men\u021binerea climatului organiza\u021bional, inclusiv a spiritului de echip\u0103 \u0219i a st\u0103rii de bine.<\/p>\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd profesorii simt c\u0103 sunt sprijini\u021bi \u00een dezvoltarea profesional\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 li se ofer\u0103 oportunit\u0103\u021bi de a-\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi abilit\u0103\u021bile, ace\u0219tia se simt mai motiva\u021bi \u0219i angaja\u021bi \u00een profesia lor. Aceasta se poate reflecta \u00eentr-un climat \u0219colar mai pozitiv \u0219i \u00een rela\u021bii mai bune \u00eentre profesori, elevi \u0219i p\u0103rin\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Feedbackul cadrelor didactice comunic\u0103 efectele form\u0103rilor, impactul c\u0103rora va fi resim\u021bit \u00een timp.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eUn mare mul\u021bumesc pentru form\u0103rile organizate. Informa\u021bii sunt foarte multe care necesit\u0103 revizuire \u0219i studiere regulat\u0103 pentru o aplicare mai eficient\u0103 a acestora. Astfel, mul\u021bumesc pentru acordarea accesului la materialele de suport\u201d.\u00a0 <\/i><\/em>Causeni<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eResponsabilitatea echipei &#8222;Investim \u00een profesori&#8221;, munca depus\u0103 \u0219i omenia de care a\u021bi dat dovad\u0103. V\u0103 mul\u021bumim mult<\/i><\/em>.\u201d Causeni<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eRespectul fa\u021b\u0103 de profesorii moderatori. M-au f\u0103cut s\u0103 nu lipsesc nici de la o formare\u201d.<\/i><\/em>\u00a0Chisinau<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eFormatori bine preg\u0103ti\u021bi, at\u00e2t din punct de vedere teoretic c\u00e2t \u0219i practic, au putut transmite informa\u021biile mai eficient, adaptate la nevoile actuale ale elevilor. Competen\u021bele pedagogice \u0219i abilitatea de a gestiona sala de clas\u0103 sunt esen\u021biale pentru o predare de calitate<\/i><\/em>.\u201d Chisinau<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eAm aflat despre strategiile pentru dep\u0103\u0219irea blocajelor \u00een comunicarea cu p\u0103rin\u021bii; cum ne gestion\u0103m inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103l.\u201d<\/i><\/em> Chisinau<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eMul\u021bumim frumos pentru oportunitatea de a participa la astfel de formari care abordeaz\u0103 situatii concrete, sarcini \u0219i aspecte valoroase din via\u021ba profesorului\u201d. <\/i><\/em>Chisinau<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eSunt binevenite asemenea form\u0103ri, doar c\u0103 selec\u021bia formatorilor trebuie s\u0103 fie mai riguroas\u0103 (sau formarea acestora mai minu\u021bioas\u0103) a\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t felul \u00een care ei ne predau nou\u0103 s\u0103 fie un exemplu \u00een sine. Pentru c\u0103 \u0219i profesorii, la fel ca elevii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 prin exemplu. Din toate form\u0103rile mi s-a \u00eentip\u0103rit cea pe care a condus-o Dna State. A creat o atmosfer\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare deosebit\u0103. A fost prezent\u0103, atent\u0103 \u0219i empatic\u0103. Cu un sim\u021b al umorului fin \u0219i cu o atitudiune cald\u0103 a reu\u0219it s\u0103 ne fac\u0103 s\u0103 nu sim\u021bim cum a zburat vremea \u0219i a\u0219a cum eram obosi\u021bi dup\u0103 ore s\u0103 ie\u0219im de la sesiune revigora\u021bi. Ne-am jucat, am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat &#8211; a fost un model pentru mine\u201d. <\/i><\/em>\u00a0Chisinau<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eDin lips\u0103 de psiholog \u0219colar, este util analizarea unor studii de caz \u0219i g\u0103sirea unor solu\u021bii. Organizarea unor discu\u021bii, cu prezen\u021ba fizic\u0103, despre situa\u021bia \u0219colar\u0103, problemele cu care se confrunt\u0103, pentru binele copiilor \u0219i evitarea arderei profesionale.
